DO NOT use Heidi's, I heard my very sweet cockapoo yelping in pain. His van has NO windows and when I nearly banged the door open, all 18 pounds of her was soaking wet w/ ice cold water with an enormous chain around her neck. Sorry to be negative but I feel the need to warn. It is documented through animal control.

I've used Dawgs and Grooming Tails. Both were good, however I didn't like my dogs (3) being left in cages for hours before and after being groomed. I use a mobile groomer. She is amazing and so great with my dogs. She has never charged me for dematting my long haired dogs. Pink Paws Pet Spa 714 860-3999

I really like Yorba Regional Animal Hospital at Weir Canyon and the 91. Idk how they handle matting but I have always left happy.

I used YL Animal Hospital for years until the groomer hurt my dogs eye!!!!! She couldn't open it for a couple days and they gave me two different stories about what happened.....she got too close to the dryer and the other one was she got shampoo in her eye!!! They did not charge me for the vet to look at her and give us ointment. I have NOT been back since and they groomed her so good too!!!!
