Does anyone have a recommendation for a nice restaurant or place to host a small event for about 25 people? Nothing super fancy but nice.
Thanks for all your help in...

Scottish Rite Event Center at 855 Elm has a lounge that is good for that size group. They have parking. You can bring your own food/drinks. Phone is 562-435-8381

We had about 50 at Fox Coffee House last night for dinner and it was great. Not big serving sizes and very simple, but good food and atmosphere.

Kinda fancy, but super beautiful and spacious is The Federal Bar in downtown.

Baja Sonora on Atlantic also reserves their patio. We've held 2 dinners there. It's nice Cuz it's shaded and the food is budget friendly and decent.

I might suggest indoor seating at The Harbor Grill in Dana Point. It's warm and inviting plus they have a piano player to make it a little more festive. The menu selection is great because you can choose something very simple and standard or there are plenty of fun combinations you can play around with. I love the Tuna with the wasabi mash:)

I have to agree, Harbor Grill is great! I take my elderly mother there all the time!

We do Marie Calendars in San Juan off Ortega Hwy. I take a lot of my older friends there. They like easy entry, no stairs, close parking and they are familiar with the cooking and pies!

Molly Blooms might work... Depending on the time. Tuesday should be pretty mellow. I like their food, but it's Irish so some might say it's bland.

I would take her to Sundried Tomato in Talega. They have a wide range of offerings and you can order smaller portions
