Rush, Karen Chow in Lancaster. She's quirky/eccentric but really good. Did my wife's wedding dress, my coat and custom tailored several shirts for me for a ridiculously low price. Works out of her home, 717-519-2458.
I am not a seamstress, nor do I play one on TV. If you need 5 different measurements, exact thread count, age of wool, name of farm where the cotton was harvested, etc...
