Zagrebacka banka has the best deals to accept the money and use their cards outside of croatia, even in the USA etc. b.net and Iskon are the best in value for money for phone/net/tv. My personal preference is b.net bc for the same money you have a much faster internet. T mobile and vip are the most renowned but for that you pay the premium so i would pass on them. I had t mobile, then vip and now b.net and there is no difference in service except that you pay much less smile emoticon No idea for the car.
