Anyone have any good no/low-equipment-required exercise routines they'd recommend? Aside from walking/jogging/swimming, that is.

zombiefit.org There's a daily workout everyday, you never need equipment that's not the outside world, and there's different levels. When I first started (from pretty much not doing exercise) I only did the warm up for a few time, cause that kicked my butt. But if you go until you're beat, you'll get less beat soon.
