I went to Midas on West St when I had a tire blow, completely expecting to need to replace all four since I have AWD. He measured the tread, told me I only needed to replace the one ... if they could find the same brand/model. They didn't carry it, none of their connections had it, but then he found it for me on tirerack.com. I ordered it, shipped it there, and they installed it for $27.

I use Tire Rack online. They ship ASAP to any one of the popular tire shops for installation at a set price and usually throw in a warranty too. Easy to talk to on the phone too. If you'd rather go 100% local, take the tire rack price with you and most stores will price match. I've done that at NTB on Defense HIghway.

we have been very happy with Sams Club. I do not recommend Mr Tire in Annapolis or NTB in Bowie or Annapolis. We have had multiple issues with both places.
