I'm having a breakdown. Peyton has a cataract. The emergency vet wouldn't give me any information. Someone please tell me he won't lose his eye.

You can call red bank veterinary hospital to talk to someone. They are open 24 hours and are very good just to answer questions. http://www.rbvh.net/locations.php

Kim I have a GOOD Vet Ophthalmologist I took Cody to a few years ago. Metropolitan Veterinary Associates in Norristown, Pa. Dr. Stephen Gross and Dr. Amanda Corr. They are fabulous should you want a specialist!
Need help finding an affordable Vet for my 3 kitties! I am currently using Ardmore Animal Hospital, and absolutely love love love Dr. Bianco, but my financial situation...
Bill M. replied:
We've used Metropolitan Vet in Trooper and they were real good.
Loretta S. replied:
Dr Lowenstein at Wissahickon Vetenary clinic on Ridge Ave in Roxborough. It's a shame your vet can't be a little understanding of your situation and give you a discount.
Estelle D. replied:
We've also been seeing Dr. Greenspan in Gulph Mills for probably twenty years now. I'm not sure how he compares, but we've been very happy with him.
Mary V. replied:
Cats only is great but certainly not cheap! Have heard that Pets Smart is reasonable for shots and exams.
Joe S. replied:
Banfield veterinary in Pet Smart. They offer a free exam, and they have different plans that are affordable.

Surprised nobody has said Dr. Greenspan at Gulph Mills Veterinary - he's easily the most caring and thorough vet I've ever had.
I just moved back to the area. Can anyone recommend a good doctor (GP) in King of Prussia or the western Main Line? Also, a good vet? Thanks!
Carol A. replied:
Devon Family practice and Malvern Veterinary Hospital!!!
Hutch R. replied:
I have taken pets to both Devon and Ardmore Animal Hospital over the years and favor Ardmore. They aren't cheap but I have been happier overall with Ardmore. My vet there is Kathy Trow.

Devon Family Practice (patient for more than 20 years) & Devon Vet (taken my cats there for more than 20 years).
Has anyone heard of Mid-Atlantic Veterinary Specialists in Malvern? A friend's little dog has a malignant mast cell tumor and her vet in New Jersey recommended this vet...
Libby B. replied:
I used them about 20 years ago. At that time, I think it was called the Malvern Emergency Animal Hosp. I had ultrasounds,& surgery tests done on 2 of my cats when they got sick. In addition, any care provided by UoP Vet School grad is the best.
Rick P. replied:
Dr Sadanaga operated on my Golden 7 years ago. He's the best. You can't find a better surgeon .
Deborah R. replied:
Thanks, Rick Payson. Dr. Sadanago operated on my friend's dog on Thursday and it went very well. My friend was very impressed with him and with the radiologist.
Timothy H. replied:
These folks are great. It is Veterinary Specialist and highly recommended.
Jackie H. replied:
Dr. Sadanaga treated our Oriental Shorthair cat some years ago. Very good Doctor.
Hey members, this group is doing what it was intended to do. A few of us reached out to a vet that needed help and even went beyond here and found available resources...
