Names Im in a bind.No kidding my Dr and I 6 or 7 years friends I know a mistake been made I cant get thru to talk to her Wrote letter Shocked I looked up patients rights I can sue her for abandonment if she just pushes me out no care untill new Dr.Its sad I truly cared for her But wolf in sheeps clothing is what other professionals are telling me .I had my Dr bfore this one almost 30 years she retired Thanks for your help all of my GL friends

I like Super Smiles next to Burger King.. We use to go to Maurens office but he failed to identify a cyst my daughter had on her tongue for a few years and I thought he should have caught that. It was our family doctor that had brought it to our attention especially after my daughter stated she had it for quite a while but it didn't bother her. We had it taken out and tested and thankfully it wasn't cancerous or anything.

Family Medicine of MI leads you to believe they're taking new patients and ask you to complete their 8-page application, with all of your personal information, and then they send you a letter saying "We don't want you, keep up your search for a new doctor". I've sent 2 letters asking for an explanation, and they've not bothered to respond. In my opinion, that's very unprofessional and just downright rude. Dr. Lutz's office was much more receptive and friendly.

I see good things about Dr. Allen on here and that's great if you like him, not trying to start anything. But I used to go to him and always felt like he was rushed to get through the appt and never really understand my questions. Just putting that out there

We got to Dr Lutz & Dr Allen at Sparrow West and are pleased. We are new to the area and I had a horrible time trying to get in anywhere..even after being discharged from the hospital. I've heard great things about Dr Izzo but they were not taking new patients when I tried to get in last month.

I go to Family Medicine in Grand Ledge. They are pretty good about getting you in. I don't see the D.O., I generally see the registered nurse, but that is by choice.
