It depends on what you are looking for. If larger systemic status quo policy issues, then Dr. Evans. If actual clinical patient centric experience, then there is a good cross - section on this page. A good blend of the two is Dr. Marquita Williams.

My son went to CHOP Primary on the second floor of St Agnas Hospital in South Philly.... they just rent the floor but they are CHOP.... for the peds part.... loved them there. Also my 28 year old daughter now...lol went to Drexel Hill Peds when she was first born till I moved back to Philly.... from what I remember they were good... but I do love Chop
