The Sou'wester, though their artist residency happens in the off-season, they still have great rates in the summer. I'm going for my second retreat there next week. Also: Oregon Writers Colony though it's real touristy in Rockaway in the summer; Sitka Center for Art and Ecology, Signal Fire both have residency programs that you need to apply for, I think. Yurts at Beverly Beach State Park fill up fast, but you might still be able to snag one.
