If you use their salon locator, you get only one result: Urban Yoga Spa (206)420-0222 1900 4 th Avenue Seattle, WA shop local! < / soapbox> edit: usually the salons on that list do manis with zoya but also offer products... you should probably call first, though.

Ed Wyse Beauty Supply sells Zoya and they are based in Seattle. They have locations in Downtown and Northgate. Go to edwyse.com for locations. (Full disclosure: I used to work at Ed Wyse.)

Hi! I live in Kirkland, so I buy polish in the Seattle area all the time. Really I just rummage around at Walgreens and Bartells for what I need, although Sally's Beauty Supply has some good stuff, too. As for Zoya, I don't know that I've seen it in my quests for polish, but if I run across it I will let you know!
