I'm a lic'd, insured and bonded general residential contractor but usually don't do roofing jobs. I used Gary Stevens Const in Seal Rock. They did our roof which consisted of tear off, new plywood and 110 mph comp shingles. He was $1500 cheaper than CB. He's also done our dry rot and termite damage repair and deck repair. He's busy but worth it IMO.
