Chris R. replied:
For the eyes, I recommend Dr. Lou Reardon, 7 Del Monte Place, Wilmington, DE 19809. Great guy - my family has used him for years.

We see Dr. Nippert at Foot and Ankle Associates in Greenville. He is excellent.
Scott D. replied:
Yes, just to remind everyone who kept me in a wheelchair for 7 more years than I had to, and left me with a lifetime of chronic pain, who screwed up 2 operations on my foot so he just could make some money, his name is Harold Grubber, and his office is next to Harry's Savoy Grill on Naamans Road. NEVER go to him, but Harry's has really good food, so go there. Harry's will even make you a great vegetarian meal off the menu if you ask.
Donna S. replied:

Elkton Walmart. I had an infection a few weeks ago and they were awesome. The doctor was amazing, the staff were very helpful and they are cheap! I don't have insurance either. That was the first time I ever went but I will never go anywhere else now.
Any eye doctor recommendations? Have a new insurance and Simon Eye Associates is no longer covered...

I've become too time-sensitive (aka lazy) to travel outside of Wilmington for professional services! I actually think u may gave referred him to me in the first place. Wonder if he still rides his bike to work.
Alan's looking for a good Ophthalmologist in Wilmington. (one NOT in Delaware Opthalmology Consultants) Any and all suggestions welcomed. Thanks

We used to go to Eye Physicians & Surgeons, just off Pennsylvania Avenue. We really liked them (I saw Dr. Mirra). After our insurance changed and they were not in our network, we left. But not because we were dissatisfied. We now use Dr. Young at DOC and have had no problems.

My family always goes to Dr Moore on faulk road and like her
Lisa N. replied:
Nina - I cannot recommend Dr. Richard Sherry enough. There was a time when I had a terrible problem. I was losing my eyesight rapidly - actually going blind. It was so scary. I went to a couple of eye doctors who told me there was nothing wrong with my eyes and that it had to be another health issue. They recommended that I go to my MD and get blood work done. I did that and all of the tests came back ok. My MD then recommended Dr. Sherry and said, "if anyone can figure this out, he can." I went and he diagnosed me correctly on the first visit. I was having a toxic reaction to Opti-free no rub solution - had abrasions on my corneas, blood under my eyelids, etc. I ended up needing to take steroid eye drops for 6 months until it healed completely. Because of this I had several follow up appointments and they always accommodated me whenever I needed to come in - even 7:00 a.m. before school started! His wife ran the office and they were very sweet people. I will never forget how he put me at ease during that scary time! That's my two cents!!
Jean A. replied:
