Kristine asks: Has anyone done physical therapy for diastasis recti (split abdominal muscles) after pregnancy? If so, any recommendations for a good physical therapist?

www.fit2 b.us@fit to be us It's awesome. What I love about Fit 2 B is that it's 10-20 minute videos that I get to do in my home. Kids can do them, they fit into a person's day. I don't get all nasty, sweaty and have to take another shower or redo makeup, either, which is a huge draw for me. There's a free video you can try after taking a survey. http://fit2 b.us/how-to-check-for-diastasis-hd/
