  Attorney recommendations for a cyclist hit and injured by a car? My partner was hit by a truck while biking down a country freeway this weekend. Her bike was badly damaged, she had a trip to the ER and is on crutches and unable to work for the time being. We are thinking about hiring an attorney to help deal with the guy's insurance and such.
