  Dance Amore is a great one too, and not competitive like the others are. If she is shy then it is definitely a more fun atmosphere and easy to transition into. The waiting room has a giant window for parents to watch, while also not being a distraction. They have open enrollment in September and January. I know the costumes and recital tickets are a lot less expensive than others as well, which can be helpful!

  My daughter went to kathys dance dynamics. ..but the owner is just a money hungry leech...so we switched to dance Amore on hazard ave...and she absolutely loves it there

  Another vote for Dance Amore. Very welcoming place and you can get a discount if referred by a current dancer. Recital costume and tickets (to cover cost of venue rental) probably cost about $85.

  Dance Amore has 5 year old classes for $28 per month for a 25 min class or our toddler classes are $38 for a 45 min class. Two teachers for those classes both with advanced degrees in dance and music education.
