  This gets asked often. Not local, but what you are looking for http://www.bormioliroccousa.com/index.php and http://www.bruniglass.com/ But you need to order large amounts. Consolidated bottle, Dominion & Grimm, Ampak, Richards Packaging, Jane's Packaging, and Salbro. Consolidated being the only one within the city with a retail area. Torontobrewing.ca might have some swing top stuff.
