I then mailed them to make sure that the timing for delivery would work for my purposes and they very quickly replied and assured me it would not be a problem. 8-10 working days max. after looking at my address. I then ordered for myself and a gift for a friend. 10 working days later, I had heard nothing and nothing had arrived but they had processed my payment. I tried calling several times and it went straight to voicemail. No-one called back for days. I sent e-mails and only 24 hours after the second mail did someone finally reply by the name of Fionna. She was unapologetic and said their shipment was delayed so it wouldn't get to me in time for my event. 2 weeks later nothing has arrived and no comms, no replies!!!

You will notice credit or debit cards dont work on their website although it appears you can use this avenue, so you then need to pay via bank transfer through PayFast. Everything seems legitimate, until 2 weeks later your product doesn't arrive even though it is supposed to take 48 hours max. Then you cannot reach them via email or phone. Facebook is the only avenue to get any form of contact although they like to delete posts that implicate them in any way. They come up with lies to string you along but products are never deliver. Lest do they know about the National Consumer Commission, which I will be contacting to report them.
