  My Chiropractor's office is having an "Eat, Move and Think Well class series. The cost is $10. The Eat Healthy class has two dates: June 17 from 6-7:30 pm and one on June 19 at 11:30-1:00. and the Move Well classes are in July. You can find more information out at renosparkschiro.com or by calling 337-0184. The classes are on a reservation basis. Under the website click on Wellness and then Dr. Steve Perry's E.M.T. classes. Ask Sarah, I think she knows our Chiropractic office since nearly everyone at the shop and in our family uses them. (:
