Amy Cormier loves Southwest Louisiana! Growing up in Southwest Louisiana has earned her the title of a Southern Girl. She is the true definition of,"Country Come To Town." Growing up at the end of a private dead end gravel road left plenty of time to explore the land. "We stayed outside exploring all day long until our grandmother said it was time for supper. Family meant everything to my grandparents and that has had a tremendous effect on how I feel about my family today." A big move across a small bridge from Moss Bluff to Westlake the summer before my freshman year. Going from a country atmosphere to a subdivided neighborhood was a big change. Throwing a ball in the front yard and not hitting the neighbors car was next to impossible now. "The best part about living "In Town" was the fact that I could walk to almost all my friends homes and to school! The convenience was amazing!" After graduating from Westlake High School in 2001 Amy set out to start a life of her own. " I started working for West Cal-Cam Hospital in Sulphur, LA and I moved there to be close to my job." Today we live in South Lake Charles which is where I moved when I married my husband in 2007. We love where we live now surrounded by our family on about 20 acres. We have 3 children, all attend Calcasieu Parish schools. Real Estate has given me the freedom to be the mother and wife I want to be and the ability to put my faith and family first. I would LOVE the opportunity to help you with your real estate needs. Give me a call for a FREE MARKET ANALYSIS if you are considering selling your home.
