  Hi Ben, we had a decorater at our last house to do some painting. It was a rental property, but he worked for himself and he was very fast, tidy and did a really good job. Can't say how much he charges as the letting agents dealt with that but I know they got a few quotes so I think he'll be reasonable. His names Eddie and his number's 01373 463337
