Having a very active lifestyle and loving the outdoors, contact and glasses were limiting me on the active things I enjoy doing outdoors and with my family. I had my lasik procedure about 2 months ago and my whole experience was outstanding. The staff really took the time to make sure that this was the correct procedure for me. They took a genuine interest in me, my hobbies, and lifestyle and not my wallet. I will say this, waiting to have lasik was a lot worse than the actual procedure. I wouldn't be telling the truth if I said I wasn't pretty nervous laying in the surgery suite, but Dr. Parkhurst did an amazing job at keeping my nerves at bay. He talked me through the whole procedure, explaining what he was doing and when he was going to do it so there were no surprises. The staff really made me feel safe and comfortable. Now, thanks to Dr. Parkhurst and his wonderful staff, for the first time in 26 years I am able to rely on my sight, and I feel so blessed. He opened a whole new world for me and I can't thank them enough!! Trusting Parkhurst Nuvision with my eyes is the best choice I've made so far in my life. Again, thank you so much!!!! I am truly grateful.
