The Ocoee River Barn
About us
Rental for The Ocoee River is $1175. A $575 nonrefundable deposit secures the date of your event and the $600 balance and a refundable $250 damage/cleaning deposit is due with the signed contract 60 days prior to the event. The Fri. and Sun. price is $975 and the weekday price is $800. There is a special event liability insurance policy included in the rental price. Thanks for your interest in The Ocoee River Barn.
