  Can anyone recommend a good Condo/HOA Property Management company in the area? I've sent this post before and got a few recommendations - still looking though. We currently use a company out of Bellevue but they have much turnover of their property managers who seem overwhelmed (4 in the last year!) - we need a new, more stable and responsive company to work with for our 18-unit building. Ideally located close to the area. Thanks!
