  Roofer Recommendations I am in the process of selling a home and the inspection brought up some roof issues that the buyer wants addressed. I need to get some quotes on the work in order to make an informed decision. So, anyone got a good roofer to call? This needs to be someone licensed that will stand by the work, as they will be repairs related to a home sale contract. THANKS!!!

  United Roofing (804-334-3233) or Nathan's (804-273-9200) have both done great work for us, are reasonable, and stand by their work. Davidson did some repair work a couple years ago but it continued to leak and they wouldn't come back to re-fix/didn't guarantee the repairs, I hear they're better now though.

  I would highly recommend Nathan's Roofing. They just finished putting on our new roof at the corner of New Berne. They also stopped by yesterday to check up (after all this rain) and make sure we were happy with the job. http://www.nathansroofrepairs.com/index.htm
