Terri W. wrote: Several weeks ago I contacted this clinic about working with a rescue I am affiliated with. I went in, completed all paperwork provided & gave them copies of our 501c3 documents. I was told they would process the application and call me in a few days. A week later I called to check on the status and was told I needed to provide a different credit card because they accidentally left care credit on the form and that I also needed to provide them the name of 2 vet clinics for reference. I took this information in and was, again, told it would take a few days to process. Another week passed and I called again. This time I was told I needed to provide 3 letters of reference. At this point I asked to speak with the office manager. She was too busy to talk to me but they would give my phone number to her. Surprise, no return call. I have since called twice and have been told she is too busy to talk but will return my call. Really? That's how you treat the rescue community? I have never spoken to Dr Hennessey but have to wonder, since he hoed his office manager, that he agrees with her poor customer service practice.Was this review helpful to you? -
