I voiced over the phone that I wanted someone who could help me understand and provide expertise on my specific ailment. Rivertown affirmed that I would be able to receive this type of treatment, but my experience wasn’t very positive or personalized. I didn’t receive much explanation. The nurse practitioner that saw me wasn’t very personable and didn’t put much effort into providing a diagnosis; the entirety of my appointment was scripted questioning followed by a prescription. Not what I expected or wanted, but may be fitting for those who already know what ails them and simply want a prescription.

  Paula M. wrote: Please STAY AWAY!! He publicly humiliated me on their personal Facebook page. WORST experience I have EVER had. I spent three hours there had severe panic attacks and ZERO HELP. There are far better choices. Please do not put yourself through what I had to go through.
