  Can anyone help my son in law has bought this dog home as she was wandering around where they are building. It is very very thin and appears to be in season. They cannot keep her at their house as they have cats and another dog can you recommend any rescue place as the dog is not in good condition and needs help.

  I think by law you have to report to the dog warden but not all have scanners so would be good if you could get it checked for a chip first
