  I have the best home inspector. He does training for the state. He is also certified to do Mold and Air Quality testing. He can let you know if it is a dangerous mold or just a mold that needs to have its water source turned off and killed. He has done several mold/air quality inspections for me and he is the only inspector that I have found to be worth anything. Complete Home Inspection Services.
