About us

HI my name is Sue, I have worked in the fitness industry for over 10 years, working abroad in gyms along with boot camps on the beach, as well as my own training. My mission is to help you to achieve your goals whether that is losing weight, building muscle, toning or lifestyle changes that help you get fit for life. I offer a variety of training with kettlebells, medicine balls, suspension training, weight training, sandbags, boxing equipment, battling ropes, resistance bands, ladder drills, bosu/step training and much more. Exercise should be fun something you enjoy and not a chore I love to mix it up with boxing, circuits, interval running with bodyweight exercises, plyometric, weight training, using whatever is available around: parks, play areas, woodlands.
