  Www.pendemonium.com is also an excellent choice. I have crafted most of my own tools including pen pliers. What most dealers sell re actually spark plug pliers sold at auto stores. I bought a 1.00 pliers from a flea market, and ground off all the teeth with my dremel. I then wrap the nib section with rubber (I keep my tourniquet from my docs office).

  Looks like you need a "Cartidge Converter" for your Sheaffer. I am sure these are available fromsome of the repair/pen shops around here or on the net. try www.pendemonium.com they have had them at pen shows here in Atlanta. DWH
