  Recomendation for good honest plumber? I recently had my bathroom renovated, and I had nothing but scorching hot boiling water. (I renovated and they claim they fixed it) but now I get lukewarm water for about 15min before it gets warm... I am not a plumber, but clearly something is wrong. I want to see if I can get a second opinion before I call/start a fight and take them to court.

  Hi all! We have had the second water back up into our basement toilet and drain in a week. The HOA came out and worked on it but it didn't work. Anyone dealt with this before? Any ideas or recommendation? We just moved in and haven't put anything weird in the plumbing system. Thanks!

Sewer Backup Emergency Call All Plumbing Company at: 703 525-7973 and identify yourself as a Fairlington Arbor Resident. The Arbor is NOT responsible for any charges incurred. You might need to call Arlington County to schedule an interruption of water supply to complete your repairs. Contact the county at 703.228-6555. Good Luck!

  All Plumbing, Inc. is the only company the facilities manager in my part of Fairlington will recommend, as they've been doing work here for decades and know the quirks of the piping very well. 703-525-7973.
