  Hi guys. I've heard from a few people now that placing hand-warmers/heat pads around your camera/lens helps to prevent lenses from fogging up when doing time lapses on a cold, clear night. Does anybody have any experience/advice with this? Recommendations of which ones work or don't work and where to buy them from would be much appreciated. Many thanks in advance :)

  http://www.modernastronomy.com/shop/accessories/dew-control/dew-not/ I use my small telescope dew heater straps that are12 volt on my DSLR lenses. Works a treat.
