  Friends ; any referal or recommendation you have for a vet dentist or oral surgeon in MI , OH, IN area ? My naughty baby here , 2.5 years old, had macerated his tongue lower part / frenulum , possibly from jabbing it with the plastic chew toy ( nylabone ) that became very rough after he ground it with his teeth . It is hard to heal unfortunately. Already took him to his vet but I want to get a 2nd opinion . The thin membrane got abraded , looks like ; with visible margins , rectangular , just about the size of the chew toy edge . I wish I can take a pic and share it but opening his mouth and tongue is a big challenge itself . He is not in pain .
