  Matt T. wrote: Matt the appliance tech repaired my dishwasher today. He did the job well and was neat and courteous. It was nice meeting Matt. I appreciate when companies hire nice, we'll mannered, personable employees. It reflects very well on immediate appliance to have such a nice person working for them. I also appreciated how quick they gave me both the initial appointment and the follow up appt when the parts came in. I felt everyone I dealt with on the phone from your company were also courteous. I would definitely recommend immediate appliance and will call you guys going forward with any appliance repairs I have.
