Recommendations for a wedding DJ? Hey everyone,
Does anybody have a recommendation for a good wedding DJ? We like a wide variety of music - thinking mainly a mix of 90's R&B, current top 40 hits, and oldies/crooner-type music for the wedding.
It's going to be an indoor space for the reception, a restaurant in the city where we'll have food, drinks, dancing, and beer pong.
We're looking for someone who isn't going to be too cheesy. The only song on my firm no list so far is Shout.
I wanted to go with Heart of Gold DJs based on a recommendation from a friend, but they're kinda dicking us around with the meeting scheduling, so we're looking to explore other options concurrently.
Thank you in advance for any suggestions!

Nate Seider (http://www.caliberdjs.com) was amazing for our wedding (reception at Rosa Mexicano, so similar setup to your wedding); He was personable, detail/oriented and the perfect balance of independent and accommodating, when it came to selecting and playing music. Happy to make an intro, if you want — feel free to PM me.
