When my rented N-Max stopped working it took 1-week of waiting for them just to come and check the bike and take for repair. Then 1 more week to find out that the bike could not be repaired quickly. All this time they ignored my almost daily requests to give me any other bike as I needed to use the bike every day. Finally, they admitted that they must refund the amount that I had prepaid for 1 month and not used (1 juta of 1.1 jt monthly rate). It's been more than a month and a half and they just have avoided meeting me or replying to questions about when they will return my money - just "soon" is all they say. I can send screenshots of our message exchange if you are interested in details. Hope other tourists will avoid any problems with this service.
