Most of the travel agents are reliable, it is not an expensive trip, also some people might book through different agencies and yet end up in the same group led by a guide. I forgot the name of an agency I used for my Agung trip, but here is their number: 085739071798 . We paid 400 k per person for Agung, which I think is a good deal. However, Kenneth is right, weather conditions are not the best, but again you never know, just something to take into account and maybe take a rain jacket just in case. Make sure you got good shoes as well, as it is steep close to the summit, therefore going down might be a bit dangerous if it is slippery. Good Luck.
