  This place is very good and reasonable ,http://www.ez.club.tw, you will have to translate the web page on google if you can't speak chinese, there based on the wedding road in Taichung. They have good grasp of western style so you won't go out looking like a US 1930's mobster or a Kpop star, they also can speak a bit of English as well.
