  Hey Sue! If you can make your way over to Victoria I suggest you go to Government Street Tattoo located at 1710 Government St phone # 250-590-5379 ask for Chris David, he is one of the best around for sure. He has done two for me and many for people and friends of mine. Hope this helps?
