Mel- A bit about me- After spending the last 8 years unhappy in my own skin and wishing I was fit and healthy whilst sitting at home with the days ticking by, I came to the (rather obvious!) conclusion that my lifestyle habits were unhealthy both for my mind and my body and also that my children were young and impressionable and copying my every move!
2 years ago as I had hit Size 18 (in denial) I finally resolved to make a change. So began my fitness journey, after a tough first few weeks I fell in love with exercise! Naturally lost some weight too. I'm finally happy with my body shape and fitness level and this is what I want for all you Bootcampers. This lifestyle change led me to qualify as a Fitness Instructor and now to launch Back on Track Fitness!
September Bootcamps are going to be fun & motivational and a totally non judgemental place to exercise for everyone. I can help you improve your body shape, increase your fitness levels and hopefully make new friends along the way too!
