Sorry to post this here, but it's the largest Brunswick group I know of. There is a gentleman, who I believe is mentally handicapped, that walks down Sleepy Hollow around 6:30-7:00 AM each morning. As you know, it's very dark that early. If anyone knows his parent's or caregivers, could you mention that it might be safer for him if he had something reflective on his clothing? I'm concerned for his safety. It's very hard to see him so early until you're practically on top of him. I don't want him to get hit by a car!! I just worry for him.
