  Vernon and District (includes Lumby) Animal Care Society.. Around $40 if you qualify (income under $30,000). If you don't qualify I recommend Asher Road Animal Hospital in Kelowna. (778) 753-3507.   Asher vet offers a free checkup through their website. That will save you $75 at another clinic, but your kitty will likely need antibiotics and possibly a course of prescription food if he has a UTI or crystals. Asher's regular rates are a lot better than most other vets and they offer after-hour emergency care also at very reasonable rates. http://www.asherroadanimalhospital.ca/
