  There are some really good options very close to the Eaton Centre. There's a Balzac's just around the corner at Ryerson's Image Arts Building http://www.balzacs.com/locations/ryerson-image-arts/, a Jimmy's just north of there http://www.jimmyscoffee.ca/jimmys-on-gerrard.html and Dineen Coffee just south http://dineencoffee.com/. I also want to note that while none of them are exclusively vegan, I have been able to find one or two vegan options on their food menus in the past. Also all three have vegan milk options. :)
