  I was here http://www.aldebaranholidays.com/en last October. It was good quality but affordable. About half an hour away walking from the Colloseum and not that far (again, about half an hour walk) from the train station. The area is a bit migranty, so there was a good market close by. An ancient wall was close, and the basilica (latherne?) that used to be the Pope's main place wasn't too far away either.
