It seems to be impossible to find any place to let me host a small event and bring in my own food/booze.   [Richardson Ranch](https://www.richardsonbrosranch.com/). It's an antique barn in the beautiful town of Evanston. It's just south of Gainesville, just off of 441. Don't know their prices, but, if you like country, or rustic, it's really nice.
