Very qualified doctors and kind nurses. An unsmiling reception/medical office. Copious amounts of online forms to fill out, which they just ask you over again at the appointment. The doctors seemed very "by the book". If your child deviates, even slightly, from what the American Academy of Pediatrics says is normal, the doctors will bring it up as if it's the worst possible thing in the world. Not taking into account that every child is on their own specific path. My husband and I were tired of feeling like we were horrible parents after every well visit (seriously be prepared to have every aspect of your child nitpicked), so we plan on taking our kids elsewhere.
