Does any one have any thoughts/recommendations/resources for kid vitamins? My kids keep asking for the gummy ones they see at Costco, and I am just not cool with that. ...
Johanna S. replied:
We use Dr. Furhman's pixie vites right now plus Deva DHA. The pixie vites are a powder that you mix in smoothies or plant milk. My little guy always asks for his "yummy" in his milk.

We've been getting these: VegLife - Vegan Kids Multiple Berry - 60 Chewable Tablets https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000POUIOE/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_yfqsub14FT7GH and my kiddos love them (of course, I try to remind them that loving them/the taste of them isn't the point...but I think they already are so "deprived" of fun stuff that anything'll do . We also get these: NOW Foods BerryDophilus 60 Chewables https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001AB67WI/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_hhqsub0RTC6C3
Kristen B. replied:
I agree with getting your nutrients from food but I want to really make sure I cover all the bases with my kids. In addition to a healthy, varied diet, my kids love the VegLife multi too. They act like it's candy. I like it because it's not too expensive, and I can break it in half for the little one or just give 2 to the biggest. We are also big on nooch. There's a vegan cheesy popcorn recipe on food.com that we're all obsessed with. They pretty much want me to sprinkle it on everything.

My boys all were with Dr Katz in Plano! He was great with all 3. Then when they got older I wanted a dr with a Frisco office. It worked out great and we transferred to Dr Moshier who is in Plano/Frisco & he's great too. The Frisco office is at Hillcrest/Lebanon. Some doctors will have multiple offices for convenience to where you live. She should ask that.
