  Hi Canberra Mums!!! Needing some recommendations! I think my old 8 MO boy has developed a UTI... Blood spots in his nappy and smelly wee... We're Melbournians who arrived last night, so I don't know where to go or who to see! Any recommendations for some sort of express clinic or doctor that's open on a Saturday and won't cost an arm and a leg to see on the weekend? We are 2 minutes from the CBD (I believe!!). TIA

  Calms at the hospital phone no. 1300422567 we sat in emergency for 6 hours when our son had a uti only then I'd I learn about this fantastic service. Call make apt and its roughly same cost as our gp who we couldn't see out of hours. Hope that helps :-) and welcome to Canberra

  Deanne Stacey the walk in centres are great however they do not treat children under 2. I would go to CALMS. Its at the hospital so if it turns out an emergency you are there already.

  There is a home dr service, 13SICK or there is CALMS at the hospital so u pay to see a dr and they give u an appointment so ur not waiting in emergency..

  Yep, CALMS - either Southside (I think Canberra Hospital) or at Calvary Hospital in Belconnen, depending on where you're located. They will send information regarding your visit back to your regular GP. Great service.
