  you can not sue in Canada for wrongful death by a medical doctor/health care/surgery so forth, not sure if this is a case yet we are not like the \States Doctors nurses are human and make errors, yet if its a wrongful death do too some other reason, visit this site, \might help http://www.justiceeducation.ca/resources/free-legal-services
